We look forward to your joining our run.

9/22 Dirt Dog Run @ 8:30AM

2.  Greetings

Sunday morning at 8:30 the Dirt Dog Trail Runners will be running a first time course at Fernandez Ranch.  There will be a 6 mile long course and a 3.6 mile short course.  Bill will be out early marking the course and Doug will be at the start to greet and sweep.

There are some pictures from last Monday's run on the announcement page of our website below this run announcement.  Check them out at www.dirtdogtrailrunners.com.

Doug will have Dirt Dog shirts with him for those who have not already gotten theirs.

The course:  There will be a long course of about 6 miles and a short course of about  3.6 miles.  The short course stays within Fernandez Ranch proper, turning left at the gate at the very top of the hill.  The long run will pass through the gate onto EBMUD property.  That portion will be an out and back course.

Driving Directions:  From the 680/24 interchange take 680 North towards Martinez.
Head west on Highway 4. Take the Franklin Canyon Exit. Turn left and merge onto Highway 4 eastbound. Take the first exit after the Franklin Canyon Golf Course onto Christie Road (just before the railroad overpass).  Use caution; Christie Road is a minor exit off of Highway 4.  Fernandez Ranch is .7 miles down Christie Road on your right.

We look forward to your joining our run.
