6/13 Dirt Dog Run @ 6:30PM

Monday evening at 6:30 the Dirt Dog Trail Runners will be running a 7 mile loop course from Castle Rock Park in Walnut Creek.  The first half of the course consists of a series of hills before dropping down into Pine Canyon.  The course finishes in Pine Canyon which features a gentle downgrade on a fire road with some stream crossings.  For those wanting a flatter and/or shorter course an out and back run in Pine Canyon is possible.  There will be an "L" arrow for those wanting the full course and a "S" arrow for those wanting the out and back.  Keith will be out early marking the course and Tina will be at the start to greet and sweep.

The course gets into Mount Diablo State Park which has a no dog policy so this is a dog unfriendly run.
