2/1 Dirt Dog Run Corrections

2.  Greetings

Here's a correction to the driving directions in the run announcement.

Hi Doug,
I just read your directions to Old Briones Road, and would like to make some corrections:
After you turn right on Alhambra Valley follow that to the T-intersection (where it meets with Reliez Valley). There you will make a right, staying on Alhambra Valley road and then watch for an immediate left up Briones Road.
(Bear Creek Road is off San Pablo Dam road)

1/4 Dirt Dog Run @ 8:30AM

2.  Greetings

Sunday morning at 8:30 the Dirt Dog Trail Runners will be running an out and back course on the Diablo - Briones trail from Indian Valley School at the end of Marshall in Walnut Creek.  Ginny reports the surface of the trail has dried out so we shouldn't have to contend with mud.  You can choose your own distance.  It's about 2-1/4 miles to the gate above Borges Ranch.  Doug will be at the start to get everyone going.

Driving Directions:  From the 680/24 interchange take Ygnacio Valley Road towards Clayton.  Turn right on Homestead (2nd light after Civic).  Turn left on Marshall.  Go to the end of Marshall and park on the street in front of Indian Valley School.

We look forward to your joining our first run of 2015.
